With the new Respect For Marriage Act passing into law, Churches need to be prepared! Are your core documents solid? Will your documents reduce your chance of a lawsuit? Churches are now facing threats from laws dictating positions on same sex marriage, gender identity, and sanctity of life. To hold a Biblical position is to contradict some of these newly passed laws. Many of these new laws do not have clear provisions for religious exemptions.
